PROJECT MANAGER

Purpose of the role is to manage the projects within the scope of the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence areas.  
As Project manager you will perform Budget and Planning management, using agile methodology. You will perform risks, issues and escalation management. You will create, maintain and monitor the project schedule. You will prepare and animate periodically Project Status Meetings. You will perform resource and capacity management. You will coordinate communication between the Client and Consultants/Analysts. Based on your skill set and experience you might be assigned to junior, manager or senior role. 

BI ANALYST (SENIOR)

Purpose of the role is to provide insights and analysis on regard to the BI and Analytics solutions, procedures and business processes that meet business and technological requirements of the Customer. 
As BI Analyst you will manage the technical or business process area of responsibility. You analyze the current platform of the Client and evaluate needed development based on requirements or you will support on developing the BI platform starting from the analysis of business requirements up to technical implementation. You will understand business needs and key decisions criteria and deliver insight to support the stakeholder decisions. You will provide relevant visualization to generate insights. You will leverage analytical and modelling techniques for on-demand analysis or project-based analytics. Based on your skill set and experience you might be assigned assigned to junior, analyst or senior role. 

BI CONSULTANT (LEAD)

Purpose of the role is to provide experience in the creation and design of BI and Analytics solutions, procedures and business processes that meet business and technological requirements of our Customers. 
As BI Consultant, you will manage the entire technical or business process area of responsibility. You evaluate alternative informatics technologies where required and investigate industry best practices and emerging trends. Based on this, you create and design solutions and procedures, and optimize business processes. You design, test, optimize and deploy solutions. You participate in interesting projects and you make a difference every day. Based on your skill set and experience you might be assigned to lead and mentor the junior positions of the team.
